Dr. Agilina is a great dentist and her office was just great. Dr. Agilina was pain free, fast, and thorough. I would visit Dr. Agilina's office anytime and her recommend Dr. Agilina to all my friends and family.

About Hygienist: Cleaning was great!

I have been to many dental offices and visited many dentists. I have never been more comfortable with a dentist. Dr. Agilina had a wonderful chair side manner and did not cause me any discomfort. Dr. Agilina's office was beautiful and state of the art, her office and the surroundings were only surpassed by Dr. Agilina's talent as a dentist. I would urge and recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go see Dr. Agilina!

About Front Desk: Dr. Agilina even helped when the lady at the front desk who was a little slow and old needed some help. Most doctors do not have that patience with their staff.

About Hygienist: Dr. Agilina did her own cleaning and it was wonderful!

First of all she talks to her staff in a way that makes her look like a tyrant, in front of patients. She doesn't back up her staff. She's all about the money and doesn't care if there are people with appointments. She comes and goes and ahe feels and leaves the staff to deal with the angry patients.I felt like she was patronizing me when I was in the chair. When I asked a question she anwered me like I was 5. Never going back and warning people to stay away. upside the woman at the front desk, Jackie, was lovely.

About Hygienist: Needs to retire.

She didn't show up for my scheduled appointment and made me reschedule. She offered me a $100 then went into a huge sales pitch for a toothbrush that was $135 that I could use my credit towards. She was curt to her staff which made me uncomfortable and during my cleaning was confirming items for a networking event. Horrible bedside manor, and when I asked for my x-rays and treatment plan I had to call the office at least 3 times to get the material so I could take it to my old dentist I trusted and felt comfortable with even though they are now 40 miles away. She was bothered by her staff and seemed to be bothered with me. I will save her the trouble and never go back.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff was very friendly. I felt bad for her though when Dr. Agilina barked at her in front of me.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was sweet and made me feel comfortable. We had some small talk and was very kind in offering up her sympathy initially when the dentist didn't show for my appointment and again when she realized I was not coming back due to a lack of trust and comfort.
