First of all she talks to her staff in a way that makes her look like a tyrant, in front of patients. She doesn't back up her staff. She's all about the money and doesn't care if there are people with appointments. She comes and goes and ahe feels and leaves the staff to deal with the angry patients.I felt like she was patronizing me when I was in the chair. When I asked a question she anwered me like I was 5. Never going back and warning people to stay away. upside the woman at the front desk, Jackie, was lovely.
