She didn't show up for my scheduled appointment and made me reschedule. She offered me a $100 then went into a huge sales pitch for a toothbrush that was $135 that I could use my credit towards. She was curt to her staff which made me uncomfortable and during my cleaning was confirming items for a networking event. Horrible bedside manor, and when I asked for my x-rays and treatment plan I had to call the office at least 3 times to get the material so I could take it to my old dentist I trusted and felt comfortable with even though they are now 40 miles away. She was bothered by her staff and seemed to be bothered with me. I will save her the trouble and never go back.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff was very friendly. I felt bad for her though when Dr. Agilina barked at her in front of me.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was sweet and made me feel comfortable. We had some small talk and was very kind in offering up her sympathy initially when the dentist didn't show for my appointment and again when she realized I was not coming back due to a lack of trust and comfort.
