I checked reviews of NYC endodontist online. Though this doctor has only a few reviews but the overall score is good. That is the reason why I went to her. However, after seeing her, I know why there are only a few reviews:
1. I came early but waited about 30mins. The nurse said that she was on the phone.
2. The devices and tools look dirty, and the doctor is not patient
3. Though I told her not to touch a tooth using metal tool, she did, and made me painful.
4. Though I have a good dental insurance, the office tries to charge me unreasonable additional fees.
5. She charges me more than 200 dollars for a 20mins painful consultation.
