My 13 month invislign experience (although the trays are a pain!!!) has been OUTSTANDING based on one simple reason: The customer service in this office. From the ladies at the desk to Roberta, Dr. Lam, Dr. Shen and of course my favorite Dr. Barbara (not sure of her last name), sorry. Just terrific.
