They lost my x-rays!! I brought my panoramic x rays to my consultation appointment which I paid $400 dollars for from a different orthodontist. I didn't receive a call back so I found a new orthodontist and called their office to get back my x-rays for my new Dr. to view. The nurse let out a slight gasp, hung up the phone and I never was able to reach them, meaning they never called me back even after I left them messages for two weeks. It turns out that they lost my $400 dollar x-rays and they were hoping I would just drop off the face of the earth. This is absolutely the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed from any medical establishment. I am shocked!
About Front Desk: They might be the worst staff ever. They never returned my phone calls until I told them I was coming down in person to get my x-rays back, which I paid $400 dollars to get from a different practice. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, clear deception.

I had Dr.Boyd as my orthodontist. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He fixed my teeth within 2 years without pulling teeth, while another orthodontist said it would take at least 3 years, and would have required pulling my permanent teeth. He is fairly expensive, but so so worth it. Would highly recommend.
