Just get checkups and get my teeth cleaned, but Gary is always very helpful and personable.

I've had no problems with Dr. Kimmel and his staff. Billing through my insurance is never a problem and they are good at reminding you of your next checkup. Appointments are readily available and at convenient times.

My first visit to Dr. Kimmel was extremely quick and very pleasant. His staff was very helpful in setting up my patient account and I was in the chair fifteen minutes after I arrived. I received the same type of cleaning the previous commentor did, but I actually asked about it, instead of complain later. Dr. Kimmel explained to me that he uses a more aggressive technique when cleaning teeth because a) it's faster for them to clean the teeth that way and b) it gets your teeth cleaner. He also mentioned orthodontal work to me, but that's because he's trying to drum up additional business (he has an orthodontal license, which kills two birds with one stone). Overall, I have not had any problems with Dr. Kimmel and his staff. He's very particular about promptness, so don't show up late. I did follow up with the orthodontal work and he quoted me an extremely low price. I have now been in three times since to have my braces tightened and it seems to be working. I highly recommend Dr. Kimmel.

Dr. Kimmel was excellent. I was a little concerned going in after reading the other review, but ended up completely satisfied with the treatment. The "new" method of cleaning was great, far better than the traditional method of scraping your teeth with a metal tool. And the results were fantastic, my teeth look and feel cleaner than any other cleaning i've had before (sorry if that sounds like a commercial, but it's true). I should also note that the place was very clean, the equipment was all brand new, and the nurses and dentist were very personable and used a gentle touch. now this was my first visit (and i will definitly go back) so i can't say that everyone's experience will be as good as mine. Be on time, your appointment will start when it is scheduled, unlike other places that have you sit in the waiting room forever, dr. Kimmel is very particular about being on time (perhaps that's why the other reviewer felt rushed?). if i have a bad office visit, i'll write about it, otherwise i give this place an a+.

I went in for a cleaning and help with my wisdom teeth, and he completely ignored the fact that my wisdom teeth are (painfully) impacted and instead tried to make suggestions about "doing something" about the (small) space between my front teeth. I thought he was going to follow up with me about my wisdom teeth, but he practically pushed me out the door. He used a "new" method of cleaning that seemed like my teeth were being sandblasted (it got some sort of dust all over me and actually hurt around my gums). The whole time there was another person being treated in the same room as me, and not even a curtain separating us.
