Dr. Lau was extremely professional and took the time to explain all procedures that were open to me and the cost involved. I moved from the area in 2002 and now that I have moved back in the area I am glad to have her as my dentist once again. I highly recommend her.

I do not recommend this dentist. Several co-workers complained that Dr. Lau over charged and was not up front with cost. I had an impression done by Dr.Lau to replace a missing tooth. I wanted to know cost of tooth which irritated Dr.Lau. I went back into Dr.Lau's office for f/u appt after insurance company informed me of what my cost would be. Dr.Lau said she had to do impressions over again because I had waited too long ~ 8 weeks. Dr.lau wanted to re-charge me for another set of impressions ~ I'd already paid for the 1st set up front. I do not believe my teeth shifted in 8 weeks as Dr.Lau implied. When I refuse another set of impressions and wanted to precede with the set we had Dr Lau refused her services. So. I not only waisted time off work for 2 appt's. I paid for a set of impressions that were never used. This treatment was horrible and this Dentist is very unprofessional. I should have listened to my co-workers when they tried to warn me about Dr.Lau. don't make the same mistake I did.

Very nice and willing to take time to answear questions.
Very careful and thorought in redering the treatments.

She is very detail oriented and very careful about the clinic hygiene. She has taken good care of us for many years.

Simply Fantastic! High-tech - new digital x-rays which make me happy that she's keeping up to date, but at the same time, she's humble and nice. I don't feel like I'm just being put through a money machine. Went to get a second opinion on a crown another dentist told me I should replace (for big $$$) and she told me that was a waste since there was nothing wrong with it.
