Excellent doctor. He fixed my front teeth with porcelain crowns. Nobody can even tell that i have crowns anymore. They look so real! Amazing!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yakov Kurilenko for years, and I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. I am always satisfied with the good care and services provided. I have referred many friends and family to him as well.
Dr. Yakov Kurilenko exudes integrity, kindness and professionalism. He is careful to explain each patient’s unique situation and has a wonderful manner during dental procedures.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable about his field including new technology. He makes each visit and procedure as easy and quick as possible.
The office has a warm upbeat and pleasant atmosphere where patients feel like a family. The entire staff is fantastic and always helpful accommodating my busy schedule. From entering the office and getting professional cheerful care at reception to friendly dental assistants and skilled dental hygienist, and finally Dr. Yakov Kurilenko himself, everyone is happy helpful and, most importantly, calming!
I got my front teeth zirconia crowns done by Dr. Yakov Kurilenko and I am super pleased. They look awesome and I get compliments all the time. My sister is next!
I would highly recommend Dr. Yakov Kurilenko if you care about your teeth and want the best care for them! He really knows his busine

I had my whole mouth restored by dr. Kurilenko in the last two years. He took his time. I had to see different specialists in his office, which was convenient. I had 2 root canals by an endodontist, and an implant placed by an oral surgeon - all without traveling anywhere else. Dr. Kurilenko then restored all my teeth, and I could not be happier. They look and feel great.

I had 3 implants done by dr Kurilenko.
Doctor did a really good job. It only took two visits, and was completely pain free! I can smile again.

DR (kurilenko) Jacob , Is kind and staff is professional. I would never go anywhere else. I am very anxious and nervous patient and Doc makes me feel comfortable. I never feel anything when he has done my fillings and crowns.!! Love Dr K ,I recommend Dr K

My wife saw Dr. Kurilenko and she was charged $50.00. Actually checkups are free as per our policy.
She was diagnosed with a badly infected molar which required extraction.
On the day of the extraction another doctor did it. This Dr. was NOT in-network (Dr. Kurilenko knew full well we were there because we wanted to deal with an in-network dentist) the copay jumped from to 40% Today she went for a root canal (on a molar where she felt no discomfort)
She asked for an extraction,n she was told that it was needed for the Bridge . My wife is Hispanic and does not speak English. So she accepted. She was told the root canal would only be $115.00 so they proceeded After she was asked to pay $175 for a post and $550 for a crown. A supervisor heard this and corrected the assistant saying Crowns were $650.00. Suddenly the cheap $115 becomes $940.
My wifes molar was perfect in strength, but without asking they reduced the molar to a stump to accept the crown
She is then asked to pay for the post in advance ($175) but she could not get a CC receipt because they were out of paper
Calling the CC Company I verified that she had been charged $175.00 for the prepaid post, 115.00 for the root canal and a mysterious $1.10.
We still need to add the crown at $650
My wife was treated by 3 dentists none of which was the one she expected to see nor IN-NETWORK I strongly advise anyone in the Howard Beach area of New York to avoid Dr. Y. Kurilenko.
