Doctor Moore does no try to make a connection with patient (kids), never talk to kids to explain procedure or try to calm down when is necessary, Extremely bad manners to treat kids (4 years old) . does not care about them and only want to do the job as fast as possible, restraining kids looks like his favorite way to work. He shouldn't be working with kids.

Dr. Moore has great technical skill and acheives great results. However, he has a horrible bedside manner with children. Dr. Moore was my dentist for more than 10 years as a child. His rough behavior bordered on abuse and he was in fact suspended for 6 months in 2006. He has caused me great anxiety in receiving dental care as an adult. I would never let him treat my own children.

Dr. Moore has had his license revoked to abuse of children. Make sure to do your homework on this one. I have also heard he is an alcoholic. His office staff are some of the rudest in the business. To many other good dentist out there. Stay away from this one!

I have been taking my 3 children to Dr. Moore's practice for a number of years. I like taking my children there because they are so gentle and my children enjoy all of his staff. I have recommended his practice to all of my family and friends. If you are looking for a great pediatric dentist that reaches Charlotte and surrounding areas this is the place you should go. You will not be dissappointed!

The staff that attended to my child were fabulous. All the staff seemed to work together very well. Dr. Moore was great and my child loved him. I would recommend this office to anyone living in the area. Great Work!

Dr. Moore and his staff are wonderful. He has treated my 4 year old for the past year. He love Dr. Moore and his staff-particularly Marcus. I feel like he is in good hands. I would highly recommend Charlotte Pediatric to anyone.

We just had our third visit in the last 11 months at Dr. Moore's Pediatric Dentistry Mallard Creek office. Our daughter is 4 years old, and received a filling during our last visit. This was done by another dentist on staff, with a very excellent experience outcome. The recent visit I have a problem with. The dentist we saw this time was Dr. Hwang, and I was present during the entire visit. She conferred with other examiners at the end of the exam while my child reclined and I sat listening to them. She decided my child should have stainless caps on 2 back molars, and left the area without ever speaking to me about her decision/recommendation for my daughter. The news was given to me by a Hygenist, who sat me down with a Treatment Plan and cost estimate - after Dr. Hwang moved on.... and of course, the questions I asked, the hygenist could not answer. I was very upset by the "cold bedside manner" I received from this dentist - she did not speak directly to me regarding what she felt would be best for my child and why. I really am stunned that this is tolerated by any parent taking their child to this Pediatric Dentistry group! I will not be returning, and plan to write a letter to Dr. Moore regarding this visit.
