The first turn off about Dr. Arndt and staff was the scheduling. I had called in advance and made an afternoon app. and was informed to come in about fifteen minutes early to fill out paper work. When arrived at office I was approached by a female employee who appeared to be annorexicX 10!!! Also she appeared to not be capable of dialing the telephone ton reach me to inform me that "We have changed your app. to one half hour later" "NO BIG DEAL " she told me it's only one half hour later. Excuse me ma'am it was a big deal I am on a work schedule that only permits me the previously scheduled time pre-arranged, the day before. Somewhat in a huff and almost throwing a "hissy fit" this what I assume to be a front desk receptionist tells me she would have to check with the doc to see if I can be "squeezed in" for an earlier appointment! Did she forget I already had an appointment and was on time?, in fact PROMPT to fill out the requested paperwork!!!! "Go have a decent meal ma'am, maybe you can then function in a business type atmosphere and show a little customer service next time. But there will not be a "next time for this former patient as if things weren't bad enough wait till ya meet doc Arndt' YUK!!!!!!!
