Dr Shrum is by far the absolute worst dentist I have ever encountered. He is extremely sarcastic and condescending and makes you feel horrible for bothering him with your dental needs. I attempted to be his patient but refuse to step foot back into that office again. I plan to tell everyone I know or meet in the future what an awful person he is and for them not to waste their time visiting a dentist who could care less about you only about how much money he can get out of you.
About Front Desk: His wife works the front desk. She was friendly enough. I feel sorry for her to be stuck with him everyday.
