after bring a patient for over 15 years, I had a stroke which ultimately resulted in the loss of my job and dental insurance. due to financial reasons, I did not go to the dentist for 4-5 years. I received two flyers in the mail offering deals for new customers. assuming the purpose of the offers were to entice patients, I wanted to return to Dr. shrum on a regular bases. I made am appointment asking for the offered deal and was refused. Guess he doesn't need patients after all
I did like him and his work very much, but now I am upset and will not return
