Dr. Valdes was recommended to me by a good friend who has been a long time patient of Dr. Valdes. She told me there is no one else she would recommend. I soon found out that she was right. When I first met Dr. Valdes his gentle calming demeanor allayed any anxieties I had about going to the dentist. He thoroughly describes in detail and answered all my questions with immense patience. I soon realized why he was so good at putting me at ease...I found out that he teaches at NYU and was able to explain things clearly&this is very important to me. Aside from his warm and compassionate chair side manner, he does great work. My crowns look and feel natural as if it were my own. I've felt completely comfortable going to Dr. Valdes from the get go. To top it all off, his staff is extremely personable, caring, efficient, and warm. Going to my dental visits to see Dr. Valdes and his staff is like being with family.
