We were initially very happy with Dr. Grossman, especially as she is a family dentist, and seemed quite the find. She was especially good with the children. However, we were turned off by the monthly phone calls: my husband and I each had some procedure we needed doing - though not urgently. We didn't get around to making appointments for this right away and then had phone calls every month asking if we wanted to schedule these. Very intimidating (I had actually tried to make the appointment right away but they couldn't accommodate my schedule). So, now we feel like we need to find someone else which is most disappointing.
