I walked into Dr. Swanson's office, without an appointment, due to an emergency. I had never been there before but they took me in immediately. Barb was not a very friendly person but I was impressed that she seemed concerned. Dr. Swanson was very friendly and while he had never dealt with my type of emergency before, he was more than willing to try and help me. I was very grateful and pleasantly surprised with how little he charged me....only $70 for an emergency visit along with a panoramic xray, he didn't charge me for the procedure! He gave me a prescription and told me to call if I had any problems. Three days later I called, I left 3 messages. The next day I called again and was told he would be back on Monday. Barb finally answered the phone late Monday afternoon and told me to come in (after talking over me and not listening to a word I said). Dr. Swanson never even touched me, just write a referral and a script and walked away...really? Barb is rude, cold and makes you feel very unwelcome. This is not the impression you want your customers to walk away with from your business. I seriously don't know why he has her working the front desk. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

About Front Desk: Barb is rude, cold and because of her I will not go back to Dr. Swanson. He really needs to think about letting her go and according to some of these other reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way.
