Dr. Blankenship installed a crown on my teenage daugher's tooth 4 years ago which never fit. Our new dentist recognized it after spotting decay in the tooth next door. The pain from the cap installation was grueling and, at the time, we just shugged it off.
There was another occasion where we took my daughter to my dentist (a friend) when she was having pain. He spotted an obvious problem that Dr. Blankenship had missed.
Now, thanks to this incorrect crown fitting, $1,300 will be required to remove and re-fit the crown.
