I was referred due to needing a Root Canal of a painful tooth! I experienced pain in a rear tooth at about 11PM on a Friday night just a couple of weeks ago. I called my dentist Saturday morning, an antibiotic prescription was called in immediately. My dentist sent me to Dr. Tittle (actually in Pleasant Hill not Walnut Creek) and my first experience was with the front office. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL...as they understood I was in pain and booked me that Morning at 11AM. They actually booked me for 2:15PM, but called and advised I was able to come in earlier. The front office also, called into my insurance and inquired into my dental benefits AND called me with good news that my tooth was covered at 90%! I came into the office quite anxious and the staff and Dr. Tittle made the entire experience EASY...I was back at home about 1:45PM if not sooner. I actually was quite comfortable that afternoon and evening. I can tell anyone that I would come back for another Root Canal if it were ever the case. KH- patient Concord CA.
