About Front Desk: Jackie and Candy, the front desk staff are the best. They greet by name and have everything ready by the time I walk-in. They know exactly why we are there even before I tell them. They have arranged everything with my insurance (pre-approvals etc) and explain the costs clearly. The wait time has practically been less than 3 minutes after go in at my appointment time. There were times where I had requested for the billing invoice and the shchool excuse note to be e-mailed and I had it in my email within seconds. I wish all dentist facilities are as organized and as courteous as MG family Denistry... Their process and treatment is so above and beyond that I decided to write this review.
