I was referred by 1-800-dentist to Dr. Nguyen. I haven't had my teeth touched by a dentist for 27 years.I knew I was in for a painful cleaning.The moment I entered the office the staff were right on me,1st the receptionist,then the nurse, finally the Dentist.All within 4-5 min.of filling out the form info.ALL of them made me feel comfortable,and welcomed!!.I was embarrassed of the condition of my teeth but was instantly assured and relaxed by the staff and Dr.I don't believe the negative reviews from this site!! This woman can clean teeth!!I will get my work done forever from these people and their referrals.Miss Nguyen has a wonderful sense of humor and was very sturdy and gentle as well as professional.I highly recommend this office personnel for your dental needs.I very much trust this dentist.And I probably had one of the worst mouths. But she will take very good care of me and has inspired me to fix my mouth all the way.The kindness, and knowledge of the staff make you want to come back.Don't listen to the bad reviews,trying to find a good dentist that really actually cares is difficult.I found one on my first pick and visit !-The cost?..reasonable for what I needed and will need.-- Thanks Doc!- R.
