If you're looking for a nice, homey dental office, Gentle Dental is not for you. The treatment area is like an assembly line of dental care. I made an appointment for an intial patient screening and cleaning. They did my screening and x-rays, and made me come back for a cleaning and then again (twice) to fill 4 cavities. As a busy professional, i did not have time for 4 appointments! Dr. Glerum himself is friendly. One of my fillings gave me a lot of pain, and he redid it at my next appointment at no charge - the free service was appreciated, but the pain is not! Overall, it was not terrible but I would recommend looking elsewhere in Palo Alto for a better service.
