Dr. Arvstas was very rude to me, a patient. He is a very good orthodontist. He did a good job straightening my teeth. But his manner is so unpleasant. He acts like I am wasting his time. He worked on me with a complicated case and did well with it,. but then when it came time for retention and I had some difficulties, he and his staff were very rude again and again! they talked down to me, made me feel like they were angry with me, did not smile at me, spoke rudely, and were so insensitive. IT seems like they were stressed and my beyond their ordinary needs, just because I needed some more specifics to be comfortable, really put them off. and they- the whole staff but especially him, were so rude tome on multiple visits.
