I went to Kawa for the Invisalign treatment and after 12 months wondered why my teeth were still not straight. Turns out my original orthodontist, the first of three, forgot to place two major attachments to my teeth. These attachments are what actually align your teeth. In braces it would be the equivalent to forgetting to install brackets on the teeth. I wrote Kawa a letter expressing my discontent and to seek an apology. He responded via email to my surprise and basically told me the treatment was running as planned although my third orthodontist (the other two quit) told me it was not. He also encouraged me to seek a malpractice attorney and recommended that I transfer. Needless to say this is not the sort of office you or your children should go to. This place once had a great reputation but ever since Kawa has decided to be Mr. Politics the practice has turned for the worse. I was not surprised to hear that I was not an isolated incident and that many patients had been coming in with similar problems. If you care about your teeth find somewhere else to go.

About Front Desk: I will say that the front desk staff is extremely helpful and polite. I have no bad words for them and only wish the owner was as great at doing his job as his staff. It is a wonder that any of them stick around.
