Dr. Dollar is very friendly and kind, a nice transition after Dr. Gary Smith's untimely death. BUT the accounts department is difficult and unfriendly. We had a problem with a payment which was from a copay, and it went to collections. I found out that the practice dropped us and would not reinstate us even after the small amount was paid. The practice lost six patients as a result.
