Dr. Steiner and his staff was absolutely amazing!! Well I really feel in love with his assistant Sharon who did everything she could to make me feel so relaxed. I haven't seen a dentist since childhood so of course anxiety and nerves were at the highest peak. But the staff was completely amazing along with the receptionist Sally. Everyone made you feel so comfortable and they explain everything to you up front. Im so happy that I chose Dr. Steiner and his staff.

About Hygienist: My Hygienist was Alisa. She was great! Process took about 30 mins and my teeth feel great and look even better.

Extremely kind office, from the receptionists to the dentist himself. I moved to Charlotte after college for my job and found Dr. Steiner after googling a dentist with convenient hours and a convenient location for me. I have recommended this place to several friends and they all love it, as well. They are very flexible and willing to make things work for you, and very good at what they do. I found out I had 4 cavities after visiting them, and was shocked to find out how quick and painless they made the process of getting fillings. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Charlotte area.

I have had 2 teeth pulled and a root canal. also cavities filled and routine cleanings. very knowledgable, very mellow, very good sense of humor. well decorated military dental career as you can tell by the many letters and awards recieved hanging on his wall. highly recommended.

I had three cavities filled, and Dr. Steiner was able to do the procedure without novocaine and without any discomfort to me! I also have a dental phobia, and Dr. Steiner and his staff were extremely understanding of that and did everything that they could to help make me as comfortable as possible. the treatment took less than an hour, so it fit very well into my busy schedule! I would return to Dr. Steiner for any dental work that I have to have done in the future, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great dental experience, whether they have a dental phobia like me or not!

About Front Desk: I called to schedule a dental appointment quickly, as I would soon be kicked off of my parents' dental insurance since I would be turning 26 years old in the next week and a half. The front desk staff were able to schedule my appointment for two days later that same week, which was a much faster turnaround than many of the other dental offices that I had called. The front desk staff was also very professional, kind, and respectful, and they took their time in talking with me and getting to know me. the personal connection is common to every member of the dental office, including Dr. Steiner and the hygienists, and I really appreciated that because it made me feel much more comfortable during the vists that I had!

I chose Dr Steiner from other positive reviews I read online as I knew I needed my silver fillings redone. I ended up needing several crowns from the fillings being degraded (got 15 years of use out of them after all). The procedures were costly but my teeth have never been better! I appreciated Dr Steiner's calm demeanor during the long hours in the chair.

Dr. Steiner and his staff will take good care of you. I have been his patient since Hurricane Hugo hit town in 1989. That was the year I needed a root canal. Since then I've had several crowns, fillings and a recent dental implant. I need extra care while I am in the chair and Dr. Steiner helps to reduce my anxiety with nitrous gas. Dr. Steiner's staff - both in the back and at the front of the house - are very easy to work. I am pleased with the service I receive and look forward to my next cleaning in six months.

Crown replacement. Procedures completely successful. Cost explained ahead of time so I could plan. It was exactly correct, no extra charges when completed. Chair side manner excellent.
