Upon making an appointment to get an estimate on having a crown placed and a veneer repaired I clearly stated I did not want any work done and would be going for two other estimates before I decided on a dentist. The receptionist said ok and made the appointment. Long story short...at the end of the appointment I was told I owed them $100 for a new patient exam. They didn't do any work or even clean my teeth for that matter. The receptionist stated I told you on the phone it would be $100 for a new patient exam. I reminded her this was not true and she just looked at me in a daze, etc. I have never been charged for an estimate from a dentist. Please think twice before going here and if you do go- get everything in writing before you sit in the chair. Even an estimate. Such a shame. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.
