Quite simply please reconsider using this office. While there are many glowing reviews i have many years history here and 19 years ago I thought this man was in a field of his own . His credentials matched with his compassion were excellent. Overtime and a great deal of growth in his practice it is of my belief that he has forgotten what brought him that success which are his patients. There are many doctors that are qualified but not losing compassion for the patient and their needs needs to remain constant each and every time you honor them with your business. Dr Crowther along with his office manager have gotten a little too comfortable with allowing patients to leave feeling scolded and insulted. This is not acceptable on any level. Please please reconsider. health care is too important to have doubts and I promise you that overtime that new car smell will wear off and it will stink !
