She was extremely friends and welcoming. Made my experience very fast and painless. I didnt have insurance for the first few month I went and saw her so she gave a nice discount because i was paying out of pocket. I really liked Dr. Rafaty and she makes my kids feel right at home. I hight recommend her.

I went in for a normal checkup/cleaning, and the office is small and never has very many other patients there. Most of the costs have been covered by my insurance, which is billed directly. Chair-side manner is very good.
