We have been seeing Dr. Haider for over 5 years now. He is a OK doctor; but his staff are horrible. Particularly this leady name Rachel has a huge personality issue. You call her to make an appointment and whe will be like ROBOT. No matter what you say, she will utter same thing and in the end she will just HANG UP whether conversation is ended or not. RUDE staff and a barely OK doctor and we pay for this? You do the math....

Said 5 yr old had 4 cavities. 2nd opinion said ZERO! Run from this crook! Am I being harsh? We have made our daughter brush twice a day and totally shocked and disappointed with diagnosis. I'm outraged and relieved. Spread the word to your friends and family to be aware!

I am horrified that this dr is allowed to keep his license. He refused to use numbing agent on my daughters, topical or injectable, before doing multi surface composite filling. Myoungest daughter was forced to sit there and endure it, while my second daughter, when she complained, was told he refused to waste any more time on her. These are children! I have never had a filling done without an injection...nor have I ever had someone be so discourteous to my children. Dr Haiders tech assured my that no work was done to my oldest childs teeth, yet when i got home and inspected it, he had drilled into two surfaces of one tooth, and left them exposed! Purely because he didnt want to spend a moment to inject her. I was told by the front desk girl to come back when i could afford nitrous and a pill to relax her. weve never needed those things before,as my daughters have had extensive dentistry done in the past. It will be next to impossibleto find a dentist that will fill the tooth he destroyed, for fear of what other damage he caused. I am mortified by his utter lack of compassion in reguards to children. I amtold that they restrain children unlawfully, and i can now see why they wd have too. poor kids.

I have nothing against Dr haider but his staff is a real PAIN. Let me give you this week example : I called on tuesday, have been told that there is only one person who can help me but I will need to contact her on thursday and that she will be available at 10.30. I called back thursday 10.35, was asked to try at 11.00 tried again at 11.00 was asked to try at 12. At 12, I got a recording saying that they are taking lunch between 12 and 1oclock (1H lunch in the USA for the entire staff, that's royal !!!) I then call at 1.07. nobody answering. tried again at 1.25 still nobody, getting the same recording. And guess why I had to contact them ? Yes, you already know : a claim with the insurance company 1800$! Their office took soo long to do anything to help me that I am now getting collectors sending me letters !!! This claim is probably already on my credit record. Again, dr haider might be a good dentist but frankly it is not worth it, I am sure I will find somebody else. And you, want to try ?

Good patient manner with my nervous 3-year-old. Even x-rays were not traumatic. I feel very comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment he made.

Our three kids go to Dr. Haider's practice and all of them enjoy their visits. Staff is very friendly and knows how to make kids comfortable. Our 5 year old son had quite a few cavities and the procedure required a visit to Children's Hospital. Dr. Haider pointed some throat problems which our pediatrician was unable to catch. We end up visiting pediatric ENT specialist. At that time our son was throwing up at least once a day for last 3+ years. After an outdoor procedure by ENT specialist he quit doing that like someone has turned off electric switch, it is over 9 months now. Thanks a lot Dr. Haider!

Our 4 year old had a lot of fun. We were worried that she'd make a lot of fuss but she made it through just fine. Everybody was friendly and cheerful. Dr. Haider was very patient with us. He knows how to make kids comfortable.

My son had a procedure tentatively scheduled that required general anesthesia and a visit to Children's Hospital. I was somewhat anxious and had numerous questions. After calling the office repeatedly and requesting a call back from the Dr. (which never came) I cancelled the procedure.
