Dr. Ellen Nelson and her staff have been exceptional in treating my two children in a professional and gentle manner. Their ability to explain to each of my children the procedure being performed and answering my ALL my questions has made our orthodontic experience wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellen Nelson to anyone.

Doctor has a rude chair-side manner and makes comments that scare my child. Bullies to get the child to do what she wants. The office staff are very nice. The office staff seem afraid of the doctor.

Dr. Nelson and her team have provided orthodontic services to me, my daughter, and now my son. She and her staff are extremely professional, and very thorough. Although they were a bit more expensive than other places, overall, it was worth every penny. You certainly pay for what you get. She is very knowledgeable, and my children and I always feel right at home during a visit. I would certainly recommend her and her staff to anyone who is thinking of braces for their children, or as an adult. I have been very satisfied with the results! Her office visits were always a pleasure, and my children and I always looked forward to seeing and visiting with her and her team. He office manager Kathy is a ray of sunshine, and her assistants are also class acts! :-)
