A real bait and switch artist on pricing. Always trying to up sell on products. Generally creepy experience and long waits to boot. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Good Experience l!!!! Dr. Kleiner makes you feel comfortable but I can't say he's great at dentistry.... The staff is friendly for the most part. I miss Lauren the hygienist! She made me feel very comfortable and wasn't condescending at all. Ive had a few doozy hygienists in the past. Lauren was down to earth and sweet. She never made you feel bad about your oral habits!!

Love Doctor Kleiner - he's fast, painless (has a great technique for novocaine shots) and so good at what he does. He's done quite a few crowns on me and will be doing new veneers soon.

Dr. kleiner was ok. He had a good personality but seemed to be in a rush all the time.

About Hygienist: I miss the hygienist Lauren. She was the only reason I went to the practice and now that shes gone I cant go back.

Dr. Kleiner recently "caught on" to his office manager of 10 years stealing from him, not billing patients and entering false info to insurance companies and patient charts. He sent out a mass billing to all patients going back ten years asking for payments. We received ours and saw obvious math errors and questioned his office. His "new" staff told me "this is the Mainline, people are paying us because they feel sorry for us".When I wrote him a letter for a better explenation I received a letter from him stating he no longer can fill my family dental needs since I do not trust and "respect" him. His financial and legal problems obviously prompted this letter. For years this office manager was rude to patients and he choose to keep her on staff after numerous complaints. He obviously does not care about his patients and his "new staff" is clueless about billing. Good luck looks like the karma to me.

About Hygienist: Dr. Kleiner's one hygenist is an angel - the best I have ever had. Sadly I will miss her skills and is the only reason I hung in with Dr. Kliener's office in the past two years.

Dr. Kleiner is the best dentist in the city. All of the dental work he has done for me is top of the line. I folloed him from Presbyterian Medical Center where he practiced with Dr. Tallus. I'm talking late 1980's. He is worth the cost and the wait! All of his office staff are very professional and customer friendly!!!

I absolutely love and miss Dr. Kleiner. I went to him for years before moving to Los Angeles. He has a very nice and clean facility. I never had to wait more than 10 mins, if that, to be seen. His staff are very accommodating and friendly and they know you by name and not just because its on the screen. When getting needles I never experienced any pain or anxiety because he has a technique that he uses that is just awesome. One stick and hes done he never has to do it over like some dentists I have encountered since moving to LA. I really miss him and I wish that I could take him with me to California

About Hygienist: I can't remember her name but she is very thorough and she is friendly and gentle.

Awesome dentist. Very accurate and involved in patient care

About Hygienist: Lauren cleans my teeth. She is very nice, attentive and knows what she is doing. Great staff!

Great Dentist, Friendly, patient, explains everything in detail, takes time with patients to make them feel comfortable.

About Hygienist: Hygentists are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Danielle is the best. :-)
