Dr. Kleiner recently "caught on" to his office manager of 10 years stealing from him, not billing patients and entering false info to insurance companies and patient charts. He sent out a mass billing to all patients going back ten years asking for payments. We received ours and saw obvious math errors and questioned his office. His "new" staff told me "this is the Mainline, people are paying us because they feel sorry for us".When I wrote him a letter for a better explenation I received a letter from him stating he no longer can fill my family dental needs since I do not trust and "respect" him. His financial and legal problems obviously prompted this letter. For years this office manager was rude to patients and he choose to keep her on staff after numerous complaints. He obviously does not care about his patients and his "new staff" is clueless about billing. Good luck looks like the karma to me.

About Hygienist: Dr. Kleiner's one hygenist is an angel - the best I have ever had. Sadly I will miss her skills and is the only reason I hung in with Dr. Kliener's office in the past two years.
