My step-son and his mom have been seeing Dr. Cordon for years. From my understanding Dr. Cordon is great and does a really nice job. Last week was my first time going to Dr. Cordon's office for my step-son's regular brace adjustments and his office staff did not say ONE word to me the entire 30 minutes that I was there. No greeting, No update on his braces when he was done, or "see you back in 5 weeks", No goodbye when we left. I am very displeased at the lack of customer service or even lack of pure courtesy that I received from the staff at Dr. Cordon's Cave Creek Orthodontic office.
