I went in for a simple extraction, and Dr. Wade pulled out the wrong tooth, forcing me to get an implant. He seemed to blame his staff, and his whole mood changed. He became overly friendly and of course said that they would not charge me for an implant in that area.!! The point is that the tooth was perfectly healthy, and I never should have had this happen. The dental assistant said that this had happened before! I would hope that his years of experience something like this would never happen, let alone more than one time!
