the receptionists are extremely unsympathetic and very disorganized and rude. I went in after making an appointment a month before only to be told 3 minutes before my appointment that day forgot to submit my information to my insurance. This has caused a huge problem. Considering I had taken my daughter out of school early my husband had also taking the day off of work and I had rescheduled another appointment and had a babysitter for the next day this is totally unacceptable and they were completely unsympathetic I will never ever go back and recommend this place.

About Front Desk: you can read my comments above the staff is absolutely horrible they totally ruined this entire experience in cost me well over $100 just to find a sitter and not to mention the hundreds of dollars of taking off work for 2 days and pulling my daughter out of school all because they forgot to resubmit my insurance information not to mention I made the appointment well over a month before I came in
