Best to avoid at all cost!
I trusted her in my vulnerable state after experiencing nerve damage to my jaw from a needle stick from my previous dentist and never expected anyone to take advantage of me knowing the hell ive been thru.
I paid her thousands for neuromuscular treatment that went nowhere due to her inability to fit me into her schedule which was impossible to get into. Her office manager ( Kelly) was the most difficult, cold, insensitive person ive ever dealt with. Never giving me the time or option to be on stand by knowing the urgency of my condition. Treatments like this require attention instead of the negligence I experienced.
Every time I ended in her office ( which were months apart at a time) was a miserable experience that lasted hours and went nowhere. And that wasn't even coming from me but observing Dr. Rojas who had no interests of being there anymore due to her constant health problems from her wrists to her having to cancel multiple times due to her immunity. I was compassionate as I have been thru my own health problems but the amount of time ive been taken for a ride on this was unjust and wish she would have done the decent thing and retire instead of put her patients thru this costly hell.
