I recently moved and was was referred here by 1-8000-Dentist. As a new patient, I thought they would be on their best behavior, and if that's what they were showing me I can't imagine how they are when they're not! It wasn't a horrible experience, but the worst I've had at a dentist. They were 30 minutes late for my appointment and didn't say anything or apologize until I asked them about it (which I got a quick insincere apology). My cleaning was the roughest I've ever had (my teeth and gums are still sore a day later, something I've never had happen before). When they found a cavity (my first one ever) they didn't tell me which tooth it was on and acted like it was no big deal (which it is to me). As I was being rushed out the door, I asked what they could do for anxiety and they quickly said "nitrous" and that was it. I went to them specifically since their description said they helped with anxious patients, and nothing was comforting about the place (the environment, the staff, or the overall treatment). The dentist himself seemed nice and relaxed, but I saw him for such a short time it's hard to tell what he would be like during a procedure. Nothing horrible, but not the treatment I need as an anxious patient.

About Hygienist: Thorough but rough.

I know this doctor: 1 day
