I went to Dr. Chase for a 2nd opinion. It turned out I needed much the same as my previous dentist. What convinced me to stay with Dr. C and staff was their true concern for my comfort, feelings, and the "Need To Know." Of course I had many questions, but they spent a bunch of time explaining everything to me, in down to earth terms. Shout out to Harold for helping me sort through my complicated insurance! Felt like everybody had my back.
About Hygienist: Polly, my new hygienist, was the bomb! She actually took time to listen to my fears, even tho I was so embarrased to put this out there. She made me feel so normal. I am so done with putting myself down!
