I am a patient who had put off dental care due to an extreme fear of that dreaded dental chair! I finally reached a point where I had no choice but to find someone, and after appx a dozen calls, found a receptionist who actually took the time to listen to me and my fears.
From the first visit to Dr. Mace, I found the entire staff to show a genuine level of concern and patience with me. He asks me if I would like to know what he is going to do, and If I have a moment of panic, he steps back, lets me calm down before continuing..
I am happy to report that my smile is the best it's been in more than 50 years and I even go for cleanings!!
To Dr. Mace, Alice, and the rest of the staff...a great big THANK YOU!!
