Dr. Yao is amazing. He is patient and listens and always has a kind word to say. His review of my teeth and his willingness to tell me step by step what he is monitoring, what needs immediate work and what else needs to be done is great. His staff is super responsive and they all are truly happy at their job which makes you comfortable to be there. They have TV and all the necessary needs to allow your visit to be calm and enjoyable while having work done! They are great at working with my insurance and with me when I didn't have any and make flexibility a key.
