They have a lovely front office, albeit it smallish, But there is a vibrating chaise lounge, if you want to come early and use it to relax. The teeth cleaning is done by the hygenist (not Dr. Castner). It is SO painfree and gentle, it feels like they've not been cleaned at all. Sometimes the mascot Golden Retriever "Murphy" is in residence. So all in all it is a comfortable experience.
Prices seem to be high, however.
