Everyone in this office are extremely professional. The receptionist is cheerful and engaging while you wait, and the hygienists have the same professional, kind and social nature as Dr. Dorsch. They are very sensitive and always check with you before making any movement that might cause pressure or pain. Dr. Dorsch is someone who helps you to understand the benefits of maintaining your healthcare and he empowers you to do it yourself. He got my husband to turn from an occasional brusher to a twice-a-day brusher with flossing and mouthwash - quite a task! I appreciate that Dr. Dorsch never talks down to you and always takes the time to explain the smallest matters. His nature is very sweet and you feel like part of his family when you leave.
