He is very pleasant and the staff couldn't be nicer. My problem, however, is that he said I needed a crown without any x-ray or formal diagnosis. I had never had ANY work done on my teeth before, and I honestly didn't know drilling or extensive work would be involved, until my mother told me. So I'm getting a second opinion before I go back. They were already setting up payment options for this VERY expensive procedure, without any diagnosis!! This makes me very nervous and suspicious -- I'm wondering if they just try to push expensive work on you when you might not actually need it.
