gen is great, pleasant, relaxing, gentle, and pain-free. i've been seeing her for years and would continue to do so. her best quality is her honesty and care. she is highly concerned about my long-term dental health. while many dentists are focused on extracting the most profit out of each tooth, gen takes a wholistic approach and advises ways to improve long-term dental health. she's doesn't push or recommend treatments that are detrimental to the life of a tooth, and is very conscious about saving and extending the life of a tooth. while some dentists recommend a root canal then cap or even extraction and implant right away, gen would take the route of doing a filling. she has deft, precise, and gentle hands that results in fast, efficient, and comfortable sessions.
her staff is also friendly knowledgable and professional. judy is particularly nice, pleasant, and caring. she and lily really take the trepidation and nervousness out of a dental visit.
