About Front Desk: Very flakey, makes lots of mistakes. She was responsible for incorrect billing of problem tooth. Said she would go through my whole chart, fix it, and refund me. Never happened. She was told that I needed to come in every three months; it was written right on my chart. She then scheduled me for six months, even after I questioned it. Later tried to blame me for her error. Unbelievable!

About Hygienist: Rude! Told me I needed procedure. I told her I had it; she argued with me. She then found it in my paper chart; it had never been put in digital chart. Instead of apologizing, she escalated it, making nasty remarks. Before confrontation, she told me my teeth looked good; after, she put in my digital chart that my teeth were in bad shape and not being taken care of. Highly unethical!
