A cleaning and filing replacement turned into a root canal from the trauma Dr. Davidson caused the tooth. The office staff and Dr. Davidson did not return phone calls during the month long process of the root canal to relieve the pain. They refused to forward x-ray and dental notes to the referral dentist. I paid $2,000 out of pocket for a root canal that two subsequent dentist agreed was a direct result of Dr. Davidson's trauma. Dr. Davidson harmed me, killed my perfectly healthy tooth and never returned my call for my xrays and medical records.
