I and my husband used him for over 10 years and liked him personally. But we both had pain and went back many times just to be told he would "fix it".
I lost confidence and finally changed dentists 5 years ago and had to go through many crown replacements and dental work he should have detected. My husband just changed dentists in October of 05 and he has had pain for years. This dentist ignored his pain and he now has multi crown needs, and potential bone loss from his misdiagnosis. My husband went every 6 months for followup and cleaning and this dentist never picked up his serious problems.
Beware using Dr. Neuschatz. He is a nice man but we feel he is deficient in detecting and following up on problems.
