I walked in off the street with a dreadful toothache/gum swelling. Dr. Chiarello may well have saved my life. True story. His staff squeezed me in, and he called a dental surgeon immediately and had him fit me in the following day. Dr. Chiarello has since done 2 porcelain crown buildups. He is a lovely man with a great sense of humor, very gentle and concerned. He also wrote to the insurance company after they refused to pay out on the latter dental work, which resulted in a payout. I can't recommend him highly enough.
