Dr. Ma was recommended to me by my relatives. During my first visit he explained all the work that would have to be done with my teeth. He told me all the options and gave me time to make my decision. He works fast and he is seriuos about his work. However, once in awhile he will crack a joke or talk about his new project on the house. The staff is very pleasant too. Receptionist was willing to work with my hectic schedule and was able to squeeze me in when I was late.
The cost is very reasonable. I received statements from Dr. Ma's office explaining the amount that the insurance will cover and what I had to pay from my own pocket.
