I went to Doctor Choby a year ago for a root canal. A year later the tooth had a infection since there was something wrong. I went back to her and she took a CT scan and told me to come back a week later. When I did, she could not find the CT Scan and she was frustrated by this. She also was very upset her assistant was not there. She went forward and it was clear she was not doing very well. She stopped and said that she needed me to come back yet again. Each time I went back she quoted more work and more money. She could not find nor forward the CT scan that I paid for on the first visit. It sounds like to me that she has no incentive to do a very good job if she can keep making money off of her inability to the job right the first, second or third time. Each time I would have to return she quoted higher and higher fees than even the original root canal. She still has not found the CT scan to this day but I still got charged for it. I had to get another one since the other doctor required it. Your experience might be different but how many times and how much money do I need to pay for her not to be organized much less able to do her job? My feeling is her time has past and she needs to retire.

About Front Desk: Her assistant was friendly and the firewall for Dr. Choby to hide behind for the continual fees hikes.
